    I had a mouse nest behind my cabin air filter and found half eaten seeds all over my engine. This is my daily driver also.

    You have to be careful with the poison. Certain pests are warfarin resistant. You also have to worry about secondary poisoning if your (or your neighbor's) dog or cat eat the poisoned pest. Snap traps loaded with peanut butter at each wheel should do the trick.

    I used to have a massive problem with pack rats. Snap trapping was the most effective method. I had a pack rat chew a small hole through my air filter once. Installed this to keep them out:

    Actually had one of the little bastards nest INSIDE my muffler. I figured it out after a short drive. I got out, saw unusual smoke coming from the tail pipe and smelled burning nesting materials and...beef jerky! Little fucker's carbonized corpse is still probably rattling around in there.

    I just replace the knock sensor wiring due to a rat that ate the wire dam rats
