    I went back and forth for several hours. I've K&N in every car and truck I've owned so far. But I really like the idea of no oiling. Just wash it with soap and water let it dry and ur on ur way.

    Did a 1600+ mile turnaround trip from Los Angeles to ORE this weekend. Truck performed like a champ in the mountains and the highway. Got an average of 22 MPG while driving about 82 MPH (I have a heavy foot) with AC running. I was really pleased with the performance as this was the first time I've taken her out on the open road. Cruise control was welcome!

    Left an iced tea can on the ARB after sitting on it while eating lunch. Drove away and made it about 2 miles before the can fell off and i ran over it. 2 minutes later i went to reach for my drink and went "waaaaaaait a minute...damn."
    I wanted that tea badly.

    I know its late, but I JUST did the Rear Diff Breather Extension Mod and changed my Rear diff fluid with Valvoline Synthetic gear oil (I couldnt find Mobile 1 Anywhere :( ) Up next (like within the next 20 mins) Ill be changing the Tranny and transfer case fluid. I think Ill wait a little bit for my oil change as Ive only gone some 2,600 miles since my last one -- But Im ready for it! Toyota Oil filters (as suggested by Chris 4x4) and everything!

    Alright, So I know its been more then 20 minutes, but I ran into a little problem. You see, the drain plug on the first gen manual transmission screws out horizontal. Well, me thinking I would be able to catch the flow with the oil pan was wrong. Gear oil gushed out for a good 3 seconds before I had my pan positioned to catch it all -- or the remaining 2/3rds of it. So It took me a little bit to clean up my mess. Off to Walmart to pick up some kitty litter. My Tacoma had an accident. :{

    Transfer Case next however.
