Thanks! I didn't really take any during the process. Just a couple of the projectors mounted without the shrouds on. They are in the round 10 group buy thread. The process is really the same as the other threads on here, which is what I went by when doing the retrofit.

Thanks Anthony! I'm still tweaking it a bit, but it's pretty close. Heading out there now to fix my rotating bulb and figure out how I want to seal around the bulb base where the cut rubber boot doesn't quite cover.

So was it easy on the 2012/2013 headlights? I hear there is some modding that needs to be done to the projector on the newer lights.

The only real issue is with the alignment ring. There is a 3 notch ring that keeps the projector level in the housing. For some reason, toyota decided to change the location of the notches with the newer housings, so the ring included with the kit does not work correctly out of the box. So with that said, you will need to modify that ring in order to have the projector sit level. It's a matter of using something like a grinding stone on a dremel to file down the 3 notches so they can rotate counterclockwise in order to level the lights. By grinding this down, you will have some play in the space the ring fits into. What I did was use jb weld steel putty (great stuff) to secure the ring in place. I will say that mine aren't perfect, but pretty close. I am off by a couple degree's, but that is my fault for not testing them before securing them in place. I just eyeballed it and got close, but not quite perfect. I'll probably tear them back apart at some point and adjust. Now that I've done it once, I can have the grill off and the lights out in under 10 minutes.

    Too many to list now.
I was leaving a bookstore and started the truck, and noticed that it lurched forward while still in park. Thought that was strange, but not enough for me to get out. When I put it in reverse, I checked my side mirror and noticed that a very old woman had just backed into me.

BeeRadd, Krans, and myself made it out to a local mud pit we nicknamed "Ze Goo Lagoon, A Stinky Mud Puddle" wheeled around, almost shat myself when I hit a 2 foot deep hole mid-donut, and then got chased out by some guy with a big ass LED on his truck...made it out scott-free but this is what happened to my truck after all those shenanigans.

A small handful of select mods.
Were you on public or private land? It sounds from the way you present your story that you were trespassing on private land being an asshat. Not cool at all.
