Haha. He definitely looks a little smaller to be a bear, but just the way he is hunched over like he is and a little blury, he looks like a bear at first glance.

So far I've added an Advance folding bed cover and since removed it. Gave it to my son in Maine, he has an 05 2wd. GT perfect fit seat covers. Weathertech floor mats and window vent visors. Waag center brush/grill guard. Hose clamp tailgate mod. Turned off the seat belt chime. Added Ultra-Gauge. Trailer hitch. Softopper. Replaced sun visors with slide out style. Toyota bed extender. Had Firestone Destinations and now Michelin LTX AT2 in stock size. More mods to come; Fog lights, locking storage in bed, intermittent wipers. Now looking for Radio/HU upgrade. and maybe a lift way down the road.
Drove about 15 miles with 4 wheel engaged in snow and ice this morning coming home from work. Felt a pretty strong vibration around 40 to 50 mph but then gone at 55. Changed lanes same thing. Didn't feel it the yesterday while not using 4x4.
I normally would have switched out of 4 wheel drive if I was able to go 50 but was curious if the vibration and wheel shake would last or if it was just ice on the road. Pretty sure it's my 4 wheel drive. Anyone experience something like this ?

I went through a 50 foot long stretch of mud last year, and the damn mud collected on the inside of my wheels.
It threw off my alignment big time. You're right, it only takes a little.

After puncturing one of the old Rugged Trails that came on the truck (and changing a tire on the side of I-70 in the cold and dark during rush hour) I decided to spring for a set of Duratracs. No good pics yet, so here's a teaser (also includes all the other stuff I've done to the front-end since my newbie post. (Just realized I had blocked out the pinstriping from my memory, until i saw the first pic in that post. :puke:)

Now that I 'm off work until Jan 2 and out of school till Jan 8 I finally had time to some things. Plasti-dipped the stock unit and steering wheel emblem, had my LR UCA's installed courtesy of DWreck since I lack the tools and also had him do a CMC and he did a damn good job. In the next few days I'll have my tires mounted, 1.25" Spidertrax spacers put on, and get an alignment.

    Put some HID's in :D

these 10000k bulbs look REALLY blue on camera, and they do have a blue hue to them looking at them in person, but not quite as blue as the camera makes them out to be... will probably end up changing them out for a lower k anyhow

but at least they match my LED strip in the lights now :D next is the fogs!

That certainly is quite blue... Is it a hi/lo kit?

I wouldn't go higher then 6K... I have 5K on mine and still think there's a tad bit more blue then I would prefer.

Swapped out my Roll-x for a Bakfilp F1 tonneau cover. It's fits better but still not perfect. One would think you might get better quality when forking over a grand. Also order up a custom rear decal and oem roof rack. New taillights tomorrow. Pix coming.

Yeah I kinda knew that going into it, but for what I paid for the kit (through work; pulled it off a Camaro that was retrofitted) I can justify buying some new bulbs :D

Probably going to order a pair of 8000k and see how that looks; maybe order some 6000k at the same time too, so which ever I decide to run I'll at least have a spare set if one burns out that I can run until some replacements come in.

    It is a hi/low bi-xenon kit

Kind of felt like an idiot when I went to aim them... Fought and cussed with a wrench trying to turn those little bolts until I realized those channels in the lights and the toothed edges on the adjuster bolts are purposefully put there so you can use a screwdriver to turn the adjusters MUCH faster

If you eyeball it - it looks like four Kragen 7" HIDs will fit back there. But they won't. A little too much interference.
