Snow, sleet, rain has finally moved out of the area so I did a sponge/water rinse, no soap.

The temp was still in the 40's, the wind was breezin', yet the sun was out, and I still froze my ass off. Damndest thing.

Pulled her into the garage and did a wipe down with a wet ArmorAll microfiber towel.

Not detailed by any means, but clean enough to drive with respect.

Cold but clear for the week ahead - me so happy.

    That is all. :D

you sure? ive read mixed things about people needing spacers and some dont. most of what i read, people that order the 4" backspace dont need spacers with these wheels. btw i have the 2.7l if it matters at all.

yep, im sure... been modding tacomas since 2004.... seen most of everything on the first gens in person...

the dimple dies on the soft8 style wheels go in too far and scrape the surface of the calipers... i have personally seen 5 1st gens try to run those wheels, and every single person had to get wheel spacers... i have heard of 2 folks who claimed they never had the scraping issues, and ran them, only to end up with damage to their calipers later...

u want to get 4" backspace with any style wheel to keep the tire sidewall away from the stock UCA with bigger tires and when aired down for wheeling...
