What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Installed my new Avid bar....

 

Nope, they're black and under the springs. Just hard to see, even looking directly at them.

 

They just look silver in the pic. good choice of lift.

 

new tires, DOT C2 reflective tape on rear mudflaps, stubby antenna, toyota tailgate decal, rain guards, painted receiver hitch, auto fire extinguisher, blacked out taillight covers Sylvania Silverstar Ultra fogs and headliughts, and a car wash! woo!

 

Installed the 3 inch 5 lug ready lift plus bf all terrains(265/75/16) with American racing wheels

Not today but lastnight.

I backed my Tacoma into a pole at the mall. I'm guessing there is $1,500+ in damage because it hit the passenger corner of the rear bumper which got pushed into the box cracking some paint and pushed the tail light up. It might be a cheap fix but with labor and parts it probably won't be. For the cops on here, I wasn't stunting or driving like an idiot, I just backed up and POW.

I feel like an IDOIT...I just got my Truck 3 months ago and have babied her so far Anyone else do something like this?

I've never done that but screw it. I just added some pin stripes to mine over the weekend while camping.

 

Did the install of 884's, taco lean spacer, and Wheelers HD rear leaf set yesterday. I have noticed a DS vibration when I first start out though. Will look into that when it warms back up in a day or so. if I really romp it first starting out I hear it hitting somewhere.. probably the carrier bearing. Rides great and definitely sits higher.

Yeah I did that one at the post office many year ago..still like that until somebody rear ends me to pay for a plate bumper

yep, first three weekd of owning her, backed into a trailer..

 

Took the Rear center console out of my 2010 access cab. +100 points for rear seat passenger comfort and now my skateboard grip tape wont tear that sh1t up

Did something real similar to a brand New Jeep Cherokee. Backed damn near perfect centered into a telephone pole at a business location. Once I got out and looked at the bumper I just messed up and looked at the pole I wasn't so mad. That pole was half eaten into right at bumper height, I was not the first or the last to tag that puppy. Just the way the parking lot was laid out I guess.

 

I backed into a civic 2 months after bought truck. Did $4,000 worth of damage to the civic. Can hardly tell I hit anything on my bumper. Not enough to fix or replace on the taco.

I derped it! It came out okay for first time using this stuff. The skid plate is much more visible compared to when it was white.
