- Cleaned the sh*t out of intake tube, MAF, throttle body
- Greased all zerk fittings
- Cleaned the cabin filter
- Measured out my mid-skid to be built tomorrow

My spark plugs definitely needed replacing, and the whole intake/throttle body was long overdue for a cleaning. Judging by the condition of the plugs, and the deposits in my throttle body, my engine is running a little too rich (combination of my lead foot, CAI, and 3" cat-back???). I might talk to Gadget about a MAF calibrator to remedy it.

Tomorrow I'm gonna finish making my second skid (transmission skid) and help Chickenmunga with his FamousFab shackle flip. Should be another productive day
I was gonna make two separate skids that bolt together, like the Relentless or Budbuilt ones, but ended up welding them into one piece. Now it's an 80lb slab of pure beef.

Here's the front skid:

Sneak peak of the whole thing (I'm working on it right now)

Also, I got my "new" GPS, and got that mounted in the cab. Still need to run the power lead instead of the 12V cig-plugin

Just last week I finished reinstalling my front bumper, grille and flares (all OEM parts) after having them sprayed with LineX. Looks a lot better than I expected (I thought it might be "too much" along the front). While the parts were off, I buffed the whole truck and putting multiple coats of polish on it (Zaino), even in the door jams - the first detail I've done since I bought it 3yrs ago. Looks great!! But no current pics just yet.

Had the new Raceline Raptors installed and dipped the front valence. Time to make a decision on what to do with the front grill surround and possible Satoshi.

Yup, me and my buddy Tallon (55Checy05Taco) fabbed them up based off the Relentless design. It was good experience welding for the first time, and Tallon helped out immensely with some of the more difficult joints. They may not look as professional as the ones you can buy, but they will definitely take a beating. Plus the $100 price tag is better than $600+ for pre-fabbed ones.

Had mine in the shop this weekend to do the anytime fog mod.
While I was there I decided to add some Devil horns to the rear window graphic. Changed out the JVC Head Unit background as well for good measure lol.

Benson X:
Love that skid plate, I so wanna change the ugly stock one on my 2010 sport.

We used 3/16" A36 steel. Reinforced the seams, and welded each of the joints on both sides.

Haven't mounted back up yet since the paint is drying, but the front was strong enough to use as a jack point. Should take some abuse off-road.

Got a present on my doorstep when I got home. Installed my "new to me" Arc Audio sub purchased from wmflyfisher.

Started fabbing up my remote power cap lock. I have the two handle rear glass so I don't think there's a kit available to retrofit, so I am making my own. If it wasn't for the rain, I would have had it mounted to the cap. Not a bad little diy, but not done yet.
