Me personally I have 16" tires runnin the. 285 70 16" i believe I went with my rim width at like 7" for a longer tire just because I'm turning my truck in a truggy and dropping a LS2 and a lot lot lot of other work too. So with a bigger rim and wider tire you have better grounding but with a longer tire I just feel it's better for the speed on the road and desert it's all preference. If you want pm and I can shoot you over photos of my wife's 17" pro comp rims and tires which are 33" wide as fuck or my general graps that are longer.

Ordered rear seat weathertech liner. Bought a set used off a member a while back not realizing they were for an access cab so the rears don't fit perfect in my double cab. If anyone with an access cab is interested pm me.

How were you measuring MPG? Based on the Odometer, it will *appear* to go down because 285's throw your speedometer/odometer off about 4% which means your odometer registers less miles traveled than it would with stock tires. When I ran 285's and calibrated my scangauge for that difference I was getting the same MPG as with stock tires.

You got it. Drove down this morning. $260 and he helped me put it on. It is about 1 to 2" too long, but it fits pretty snug. The drive home took about 3 hours with stops and when I got home there was only a little bit of water in the bed with all the rain we got. I saw that deal and had to pounce.
