Made a tonneau cover out of a quick cap truck tarp. I saw it on sale for 30 dollars and wanted a low profile, cheap cover for a trip I am taking next week. Sandwiched it between the rails on the sides and made a cross bar for the back. Some zip cord as cross bars and it seems to do pretty well. Total cost about 40 dollars.

Got them HERE at Trailer Products.
The reason I went with them is that the Pelfreybilt bumper I have was made using these fenders so it lines up real nice. It took a lot of massaging to get these fenders to fit and they are not perfect but they are close enough for my taste. If you have OCD these may not be for you or get a good bodyman to do it for you. I blew up my stock fender flares a few months ago and my repairs are not holding up to the amount of offroading that I do so I had to get new fenders.

Replaced the worn out factory bushings in the SPC LR UCA's.

    My writeup on the install

Yeah, these aren't supposed to turn.

I will be there by the end of Summer...if Tyler allows it. I am almost at 5000 #, one more skid and a front bumper/winch should do it.

I'm pushing 6000lbs. I'm over 6000lbs with me in it and some gear for wheeling. I still get about 16-17mpg on the freeway with the cruise set to 75 mph. I get about 12 around town, but I tend to have a heavy foot out of the street lights... I get like 4-8 while wheeling, but I have a really heavy foot when wheeling... haha :burnrubber:

Yikes! Last time I saw them in person I was helping a local member replace them last summer with TC UCA's. Guy didn't even wheel and his welds cracked around the bushing so only one side of the arm was holding. I'm slowly starting to think those things are plain dangerous.

I did it myself. Its not that hard just takes a lot a patience. Which I don't possess a lot of. Spent a lot of time putting them on taking them off...trim here trim there type of stuff. I eyeballed almost all the mounting holes. But the nice thing about glass is its easy to make the hole bigger if your off just a bit.
Was it hard??? That depends on the person. I've done fabrication and fitting of glass/carbon fiber panels for aircraft in my past so its not that hard but it reminds me why I hated doing it for a living.

I wouldn't say they were dangerous. The company realized they had a bad bushing and redesigned it. I haven't seen any other failures, other than the old bushings, either.
