What did you use, and where did you get the plug you used to fill the hole in the blank? Looks really clean.

Also, best way I've found for getting the a/c panel out is those paint can / bottle opener things you can get at the hardware/paint store. They used to give them away when you bought paint. Anyway that little hook part fits back behind the lip perfectly, with no worries of scratching the plastic around it. And just a gentle pull. It's out!

What do you mean, diff drip causes problems ? The guys at Toy Tec recommended it. I have a 11 TX Pro 3" lift with the drop, a small vibe at 15 mph only.

I'd love to get rid of my bull bar but after my lift, someone drove under neath my front bumper and pushed it up a lil. So I figure why not fk up their vehicle more than mine

There are plenty of cases on this forum that the dif drop has broken the dif mounts.
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/118545-remove-differential-drop-your-05-tacoma.html

Most bull bars and brush guards are not made to take an impact. There are MANY cases on every vehicle where the bull bar was pushed into the radiator breaking more then would have been broken if the bull bar was not installed. I saw it happen to my neighbors jeep. So in the end you could be fking yours up just as bad.

Funny this is when I took it off there was a dent at the bottom that I couldn't see until I took it off and I have never hit anything  so maybe the same thing happened lol

I guess I've got to start this very soon....
Just did my 5100 with coils and did not add the toyotec front diff drop. No vibrations whatsoever. It was suggested not to add by fellow TW members.

Thanks. The cord is a stereo 1/8" to 1/8" cable. I drilled the hole big enough to get the end through, then used a small grommet i had laying in a spare parts bin.

I always just use a pocket screwdriver to pop out the a/c panel.

Well... I've got a 4cyl import and adding a performance muffler makes it sound like a 4cyl import, lol! In truth, between the different 2.7l options I've heard, the Magnaflow 11225 is one of the less-rice sounding mufflers. Not "least", but "less". Anything under 2,000rpm is pretty throaty compared to stock, over that it quickly gets...interesting. It's no V8 for sure, but isn't a jacked Honda either (no offense meant to jacked Hondas). It would sound really nice if driving a WRX. On a truck? It's...different. Still getting a feel for it and the tone will probably change some over a few hundred miles. If I had a couple inch+ lift, it would be strange. Stock height or lowered and it kind of works.
