    I don't know of a single legal place to go wheeling anywhere in MA. I need to go visit some family up in Maine if I want to do anything remotely off road. I did read about a an off road club out of Vermont that does all sorts of events throughout the year. I'm going to look more into that.

    That's the one, I ran into a guy at the gas station one day that had a lifted Land rover on 33 and a trailer to match. He and I were talking for a bit and told me he was on his way up to an event that night. I guess he's one of the organizers. Gave me his email and a link to their site.

    Those are great pics. Where there any sketchy parts where you needed 4wd? My truck pretty much has at tires only and I wanna do the trail. Im not worried about sandy road unless it has ruts and is a couple miles long.

    I left it in 4 Hi the entire trip. I do not recommend this trail for a 2WD unless you have at least 1 other 4WD with you and ample recovery gear. Deep sand with whoop sections for a few miles are common along the road, as well as sandy inclines that need momentum to get up.
