Washed and waxed wheels, pulled weathertechs and scrubbed em/threw some armor all into em. Went from dusty and scraped up to looking like fresh out of the box. Also now spending way too much time drooling over some chemical guys products, and I was given a coupon for a free front alignment today. Look's like I'll be ordering some 5100s and getting that lift real soon...

was this a direct "bolt-on"? do you have light tabs? did Avid finish it or you/ done locally? are you happy w/ Avid service?

Took the badges off, painted them with black texture paint and remounted. Added the laminx yellow on fog lights... niiiice. And of course HAD to wash her... ahhhh

 

Yes, direct bolt on. He fab'd n welded his own light tabs but Avid will add them for $5 a piece. Avid does not send them finished as far as i know. Brandon has a great rep for customer service, however "some" found the wait/phone call sub par. Not me personally.

 

I just helped out my gas mileage a lot....I was getting 18.5 mpg before these mods.

- Removed secondary charcoal air filter
- Added K&N High-Flow Performance air filter
- Just changed my oil on Friday and replaced it with Mobil 1 0W-30 full synthetic oil

Just doing those three things pushed my mpgs from 18.5 to 21! Pretty easy and pretty cheap!

 

Why did you go with 0w and not 5w?

Here is what I did this evening, just used a rattle can, I think it turned out great.







Now to clean up those license plate holes.....

 

This week will be replacing bushings, slug adapters, and uni-balls on the LT kit.

 

I used 3/8 on mine and it fit fine...
