How To Remove Antenna?

    You are right, but by that logic, the OP would be removing the truck from the antenna.:)

    Someone has the right idea, put vice grips on the base of the antenna, and have someone do a 360 burnout while holding the vice grips. If it doesn't come off the one way, do the burn-out in the opposite direction.

    I got it out. It was actually the antenna that just comes right off. I thought it was the chrome piece. I was trying to remove the chrome piece thinking it would remove the antenna. How do you remove that chrome base? Because I kinda messed it up and want to replace it now. I feel like an idiot trying to remove the wrong part.
