I"ve gotten in the habit of when I park the truck and am expecting snow, particularily overnight,I leave my snowbrush outside. Before I had my cap,I laid at the back of the cab on top of the front of the box.Now that I have a cap,I lay it on my running board. This way I can clean off the snow and it stays out of the truck when I open the door.Because I have WO's,my concern is keeping snow away from my switches on the door.I've seen it melt and fill the switches with water and that concerns me.

Give Johny Taco a break. I too have noticed I get a major dump on my seat. Much more than any other vehicle I've had. But I think we've all agreed that it takes a little pre-cleaning to solve the problem. Every vehicle has it's own quirks. I had a boxter that didn't have a cup holder. So I learned to adapt ( I'll never buy a porsche again ).

One of the best things I love about my taco 7 cup holders in the front, but 9 accessible from the front seats :)

Trouble with that is they take the place of more important things...like side impact bars. My wife has a Volvo and there's hardly any space in the door pockets - prob due to them being stuffed with enforcement materials.

Having said that - I am happy with the strength of the Tacoma.
