    I bought a new OE (paint to match) bumper. The shop that painted it scratched it when they were delivering it back to me. Now I'm waiting for them to respray it. They should have it back to me next week, I hope.

    Im doing this mod soon are there instructions on how and where to move the horn and how to paint the rad? anything else might be useful?

    preferably step by step instructions with pics as I'd like to get it all in one shot, My Taco looks like it will be very similar to Silver06TRD except Im an 08 and hood scoop. Eventually put some PIA's behind the grill.

    If you're worried about destroying your grill, buy a replacement , install the Grillcraft grill on it. Pull your original grill, store for future reinstallation, and install the modified replacement. You can find a OE grill for $135 or so.

    any problems with denting or peeling during regular driving or pressure washing? what type of paint is needed for the rad etc behind the grill (heat moisture etc?
