How water tight is the tacoma

Looks like a place where joy riders retire their trophies. I think I'd be a little nervous wheeling a $30K truck there.

 

I don't understand why someone would ford water just for fun. To me the risk is too great. I would only do it if I had no other choice.

Amazingly enough they didn't get stained the color of the water. I did alot of vacuuming at the car wash to suck the water out. I still on the verge of pulling the carpet and rhino lining the floor.

I have been in water where i could reach out of my window and almost slap it... It was about and inch or 2 above where it says Tacoma on the side and if i didn't stop i would have been fine but because i stopped it barely came in at all.... So it is a GREAT seal!!! IMO!!!

 

I know those trails. That is actually in the Trinity River off 360. A lot of shaddy things end up and happen out there. It is not the most legal place to ride and the law has been confiscating vehicles recently.
Fun place but wheel at your own risk.

 

People been wheeling there for decades, ive only been twice and never had a problem. It's been awhile but i did hear some recent stories and dont think i will be back anytime soon.
