Yes they will fit and that extra step is a big help for the kids and wife. They are solid and look good to me.

My wife is only 5'2" so she really liked the extra assistance. My kids both hit their head the first time they hopped into the truck with the steps on. After that little incident they learned to duck and now they love the extra assistance with entering/exiting the truck. Word of caution though if they are wet they are real slick. I have remedied that with a bit of grip tape which is functional as well as good looking.

I picked it up from a local skateboard shop and yes it is black. I guess you might actually call it deck tape. I just placed 2 small strips on each board where I noticed that we step most often.

glad u like them.i had them and sold them.i found that they were to close to the rockers and always slid over them.good for washing the roof and protecting the paint on the bottom of the doors imo.

Are they easy to install? I know this guy doesnt have the install instructions. He said he has all the bolts. Im assuming they just bolt into a spot that is already there. Let me know if anyone can help. I searched the site but didnt see any instructions. Thanks

They should help you out a lot... just remember they're not sliders and won't hold the weight of the truck (ie, don't use a high lift on them or slide them on some rocks) :D

I have a set of the black tube ones that bolt to the frame. Haven't found them to be much if any use to me getting in & getting out they will mark the back of your calf if not using them. My truck sits just high enough for me not to really need them and torn between how the truck looks with them & without them. Wifey said they weren't much help for her either. They are on the floor in the garage right now, lol. I do like the rocker protection & possible door ding protection due to the height of them. Maybe I'll put them back on when bored or need the floor space in the 3rd garage. Free mod, demod, mod........
