ok, i ran out of light, so i gave it up. new year's eve is calling, and i have bubbly to chill.

but tomorrow, i will attack it with renewed vigor. hahaha. so any tips? come at it from the top? sides? i cannot get the grease hose to seat. i actually ran out of grease on my last attempt, but just squeezing it all over the place, except into the zerk. help?

it is not easy to do, i dread every time i do it. i get it between the top and side. if you have a heavy duty grease gun end it might not fit. need the cheap end.

The end of my grease gun can be loosened by turning it a little and that helps get it on there. Hold it tight, be patient and expect failure a few times, but it can be done.

Correct. Even if you wanted to, the PreRunner's u-joints are sealed and cannot be greased.
