I also found that if you use a hair dryer and a putty knife that it works faster as just as good. Maybe better.

Only use it on the light colored trucks though!!

I was in your shoes, wondering if i should debadge or not. After looking around on here I just did it. The whole truck was very easy, and I didn't even need the Goo Gone. I used a hair dryer, just to "Warm" it up the fishing line, and what was left, I acctually just rubbed off with my fingers. I do miss my side badges, but I ordered some custom ones from SockMonkey.

A putty knife is a little dangerous. 10lb test works just great.

Why not debadge the Leer, the TRD, the Toyota emblem and the 4X4 on the flaps for a true debadge

Do it... you won't regret. I left the front emblem chrome... I kinda like that little bit of offset and "TOYOTA" biatch attitude it's got with BHLM. :D

Also, I left the TRD badging cause, I don' care what anyone says I think it looks badass.

    Too many to list
I debadged mine a few months after I bought my truck, Im happy I did and havnt even thought about putting anything back on. A hair dryer and fishing string works great.

On mine? Yeah... I like the TRD stuff on the back...

I used an old ID card to remove mine. I wiped the area with a soft cloth first so I didn't trap any small dirt particles and scratch. Then, sopped the badges in some bug and tar remover and some goo gone. Took a softer, flexible ID card and pryed up and end, ran it through. Each badge took about 20 seconds.
