    My '09 has the Sport Seats, but w/o the TRD logo?

    Only the mats have the logo on them other than the fenders.

    Why do I see some with logos on the back of the seats?

    No seats have the TRD logo. Only way they have that is if they have seat covers on.

    Im going to say they are just called the TRD seats because I think both the OR and Sport have the same seats and I do not have sport seats in my OR I have the TRD seats :)

    You have obviously never offroaded in a rig with unsupportive seats. Offroading actually requires a far more supportive seat then anything the 'sport' version will be put through. The other reason is for the cost of the offroad package you had better get better seats.
