Going from an '01 to '07

I will be putting up for sale my trusted '01 DC TRD, it has been a very capable and reliable vehicle. She will be sorely missed.

In its place I have acquired an '07 DC Sport, it has 26k on the clock, and besides the aftermarket power sun roof it is completely stock.

I have been on this forum for a awhile, mostly gathering information, (the search function is your friend) but now I would like to seek some opinions on a few light mods I will be doing, I say light with the context of I dont do any real heavy trail "wheelin'", just the annual family vacation to the outer banks which includes some dune hopping, the once in awhile snow forrays, and the camping with friends outings. All of these my '01 did with out complaint.
So this what I would like to do with the '07;
1) buy a set of FJ SE Anthracite Wheels. (Thanks Delmarva)
2) I like this lift kit: 3) Bestop Soft top
4) front grill guard
5) 5k HID's (dont think I have the skill set to do a note worthy Retro upgrade)
6) Options for rear locker, probably the most missed item from the '01 is the locking rear diff.

and that should tap me out for the year since the rest of the mod money goes to my motorcycles!
