My 1 month old 2010 SR5 does the same thing. When my 2000 got bought back last month, it still had no rattles/squeaks etc. after 9.5 years. WTF???

nope, they're never allowed in the cab, only the box - they shed too much.

I also have this. I've seen a variety of fixes posted, some seem to be more successful than others.

As Do I!! very annoying. I actually took it to the Dealer a few days ago. They said its covered, but i just had to schedule an appointment. Bringing it back to the dealer is a big inconvenience. Takes too long !!!

Yeah thats my biggest problem is the inconvenience of making the appoitment, bringing the truck in, getting to work, getting off of work to pick up the truck. I bought a new truck to aviod taking it to the garage so often as my old ford. I guess I'll give the D.I.Y a go

According to Benca1 whose dad owns the dealership, this is due to something with a screw on the fan. My 09 does it as well and I know his is also. I'm having mine replaced. It's a warranty thang.

Yep, I have it also. I had it replaced under warranty and the new one isn't much better. Good luck with it, it is annoying.
