So I have a 2006 TRD Sport Prerunner DC and have been doing alot of desert running these last six months and recently(3months ago) I started to get a really bad rattle in my dash on the passenger side. It occurs now when ever I hit any kind of bump or vibration in the road. I took the glove box off trying to look up inside there and see where it was coming from and whats loose but I cant figure it out.....

Anyone experience this or have a clue what it is?????

I have the same thing. I took everything apart that I dared to, didn't see anything obvious. I taped up some connectors but so far nothing has worked. I wouldn't be surprised if it is the pass. side air bag. Not sure how to fix it though...

Passenger airbag module is the likely culprit in the double cab. Just gotta tighten it up.

Thanks all I will just have to start tearing crap apart to get to the airbag and check it. That makes sense to me especially with how hard I have beating her up so we'll see....

Had the same issue. Mine was coming from above the glove box. I removed the glove box, then the plastic piece with the metal latch that closes the glove box. Right above the latch there is a white box, appears to be a control, maybe to the airbag...anyway i wiggled it around and there was the annoying sound!!! Few pieces of electrical tape to hold it in place and its gone!...Hope this helps.
