Beck Toyota in South Indianapolis. First time doing it. Installed the right items, but I don't think they did the alignment. Tracks OK, so I'll take my time before I bring it back...
I also have the 1-2 gear acceleration vibration issue, so I will try to get them to look at that when I do take it back.

I used the 1-800 Toyota number to get the "pre-authorization" first, then I told the operator that I would be taking my truck to Faulkner when I was asked where I would be taking my truck to.... The operator had already contacted them "on-Line" I presumed, and told me to expect a phone call from the Service Writer the next day. Sure enough, I got a call from Faulkner the next day. Faulkner asked me when I want to bring the truck in as they have already ordered the parts for me based on their contract from the 1-800 toyota representative.

No further questions were asked when I went in. In by 8:30 AM, out by 4:30 PM the same date. Work was doen RIGHT the 1st time.

There is a female service writer and she handled my case. Cannot remember her name, but she is the only female service writer. Perhaps you can ask for her......

    Good luck......:)

Hansel Toyota,Petaluma Ca.They Fucked the whole thing up!I first went in there and talked to the Ass.Man (Assistant service manager) he said he'd order the parts and call me.2 months later they had no idea about anything.Called Toyota and told them what was going on.3 days later I hear from the Service Manager.Bring my truck in loaded with a quad and 2 hay bales for there test drive, they said they would call me.A day later the service manager wants to make sure I know it will ride different and all that crap.So they finally get the parts in,when I pick it up I ask if the did the alignment the service tech said it drove fine so it didnt need it.So I drove it called the Service Manager and read the directions on the TSB to the stupid ass that it required NEW Alignment Specs,So I had to bring it back again.I wont even let them change the oil in my truck anymore being it that they cant follow directions.

Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro, Oregon didn't argue the point, in fact, I didn't even have to ASK. I showed them the TSB & they ordered all the parts, installed them 4 business days later-beautiful job.

Their service manager and assistance manager are both top notch.

The TSB has been the best addition to this truck.

    2005 non-TRD 2.7L access cab 5 speed 4x4.

    4 Bilstein shocks & 4-leaf. :D

would toyota still perform the tsb if your vehicle is already modded? i havent had anything done to the suspension just exhaust headers and intake? would that have any affect on getting the tsb done? or would be best to call the dealership and ask?
