Stock. Adding fog lights and illuminated 4x4 switch. Will never do anything like lift, cai, engine performance mods. Haven't tested the rear springs with a good load yet, not eligible for rear spring tsb (reg cab), I could see upgrading the rear springs if they aren't adequate.

I like the stock look for the most part.

I mean, All taco's look better with a slight leveling kit and BFG All Terrain 265/75-r16's on them!

My favorite is stock wheels, 2.5 to 3 inch lift with 285's on stock OR wheels.

    back to bone stock.
all stock, cept some all season radials..mostly city, driving, with the occasional 3x per year hardcore hunting trip. all seasons work fine...and the campershell.

i would love skids, sliders, and a mild lift..i can wheel it to near body damage, but i havent yet. stock is alright.

I sold my '02 TRD 4x4 AC late last year, was sorry that I did, didn't have a 4x4 for a while; and now after getting an '05 DC 4x4 TRD Off-Road, I am so thrilled to be back in a 4x4 AND a DC at that, I have no plans for any changes for a good long while. This truck will do over and above what I want as is, and looks good doing it. Have to decide later this year what tires to get to replace the Rugged Trails with, though.

    Stock is great.

I can't see the logic in paying for something then replacing the parts immediately.
do people get trade in value for the items replaced (like tires) or just write it off?

Mine's pretty close to stock. Got a couple security upgrades (PL5300, wheel locks) and some minor comfort/cosmetic (shift knob, pedals) stuff. Aside from that and a drop-in filter all I'm gonna do is more accessories than mods.

I did add some folding cleats in the front corners of the bed, as handy as that rail system is, sometimes you need a tie-down point lower than that...

Mine as well is mostly stock with a few mods here and there. I'm going to say that staying stock is cool because I can't afford anything else.

mine is only several months old at this point, but i don't yet have any itch to add to it. it's a stock reg cab 4x4 and has been absolutely perfect for what i use it for (daily driving and hitting the mountains/rivers on the weekends). and i think it looks really nice. i've added a cap and removed the front mudflaps, and i have some weather techs on the way. oh, and a bed mat. but that's it, and i'm done for now.

I prefer having a mechanically stock truck, but I do like the add ons such as my undercover, bull bar, and step bar. I bought my truck because of the reliability and I won’t jeopardize that by changing suspension or drive train at all.
