    I think you can go to the web site, i.e. UPS or USPS. For freight carriers you might have to call around. Freight carriers charge mostly by the pound.
    What are you trying to ship Marcos?

    Those are a UPS or FedEx ground item, web site should help you out. If they ask for a box size you can sort of guess. If the running boards are 60" long use like 68 x 16 x16 or something like that. Better to guess to much than to little. Check shipping of running boards on e-bay, that might also give you a feel.

    Just remember if you are using UPS/FedEx to have the weight, and box measurements, as they cost based on something called dimensional weight where you're charged for the size and weight via some magical formula. Not like USPS which is weight only, but is limited in the size that they will take.
