I have a sirius satellite radio. I love it. 184 stations for 14.99$ a month. I have the sirius satellite sportser 5 one. Its really nice, also changes many colours which is neat too.

love mine. i paid $160 for the entire year..taxes, fees all included. my commute blows hard, and i would drive off a cliff without it. i listen to 8 stations exclusively. howard stern is one of them.

modern Sirius/XM things need antenna adaptors...so i havent put it in my taco yet...my work truck is bumpin.

I installed the "factory" XM tuner in my '09 and love it. I'm not even sure my standard radio even works! No need for it.

I've got XM, mounted like Rocketball's. I have the family plan with some kind of 2nd radio discount because my mom has it in her Highlander...like 8 bucks a month for however many channels they have...look at their website for listings and pricing.
Like any other radio, sometimes if you listen to one station long enough you start hearing repeated songs...and sometimes certain DJs play only one kind of music (especially on the decades channels). I resolve that by taking breaks and plugging in my iPod.
But, I still like it. So much better than FM radio.

Oh, and if you have a stock stereo, plan on getting one of the USA-SPEC adapters or similar to add auxiliary inputs to your stocker.

I have XM which I use on my Garmin Zumo GPS. This is a motorcycle friendly GPS that I switch between the bike and Tacoma. I have the audio jacked into an AUX input I installed in the Tacoma. I mainly use the XM when on trips so I don't have to change stations all the time.

The Zumo is great because it gives me an all in one package on the bike. Navigation, XM, MP3's and cell phone. All controlled from the touch screen.
