If it's a TacomaWorld Gallery pic, just right click it and select "Copy", then paste it into the editor box. The editor will insert all the necesary code for you.

If it's an internet picture, click the picture icon in the editor and enter the url for the picture (the little yellow mountain with a sun). Or you can copy the url for the picture from your address bar and paste it into the editor, then surround it with image tags like this (no spaces in the tags):

    [ IMG]http://www.mypicture.com/picture.jpg[ /IMG]

It has to be a url for the picture only (the url should end in .jpg) If you see anything on the page besides the picture, it won't work (because it's a web page and not the picture).

For example, this is a picture page. You don't see anything but the picture (url ends in .jpg):
    http://www.genereedtoyota.com/Images/Picture/2006/October/lg_tacoma_double.jpg

This one isn't. You can see other stuff besides the picture and it ends in .aspx, not .jpg

If you can't get to the image by itself on a web page, try right-clicking the image and choosing "Properties" You should see the image url on the properties page. Highlight the text, right-click and choose copy. Then paste it into the editor and put image tags around it like I did above.
