Painted Rear Drums

i just cleaned/sanded mine and sprayed them black, looks better than the rusty drum

Yup...I used some newspaper to control over spray- but after a good cleaning and a quick sanding and wipe down it worked great.

And VHT is a company name (Not sure what it stands for...)

 

Paint them black if your gunna paint them! You dont wanna bring attention to drums! You wanna hide them if anything!

 

If your going to take the drums off you will two ten millimeter bolts there are holes in the drum you can screw the bolts carefully and it will push the drum off for you.

 

I painted my rear drums with high temp BBQ paint. It has small metallic look to it which i thought was cool. I did it 4 years ago and still looks brand new. Problem now is with the wheels I have you cant even see it.
