Damn I'm short....

Hey how's it going guys. I just had a mild suspension install done on my taco and now it sucks to get into it (vertically challenged). So I'm wondering what are the best step rails or side rails? I dont want some any that will hang down low and totally negate my suspension upgrade. I'm just lloking for pics and ideas. Thanks

I think any of the step bars will do the job getting you up and in the truck. For me, once you are standing on the step bar, putting your butt down on the seat is a challenge. It's along way down!

I complain about them but I don't think any of the bars are better made or better looking than the OE step bars. Just don't pay more than ~$320 for them and install them yourself.

I've got the 3" n-fabs. 1.6" lift front and 1.75 aal in the rear. But the avidoffroad steps/sliders look good too.

 

hey I do like the avid offroad ones that are half slider half step bar. I was wondering which are better these or the Smittybilt ones? I also noticed when I started checking them out that they come unpainted and I want black. Are they all really like that?
