Seafoam and Cleaning Throttle Body

I just rolled over 100,000 and wanted to seafoam the crankcase and clean the throttle body, from what I know, you add seafoam to the gas tank, crankcase (through engine oil) and then add 1/3 can through the brake booster hose while its idling, wait five minutes then turn the engine over.

After all of this I was planning on changing the engine oil. Is there a specific order I should do all this in to keep everything clean as possible?

 

nope, add it to the crankcase and gas take about 100 miles before you do the brake booster and change the oil, when your doing the brake booster, shut the truck off as soon as you get all of the seafoam in the brake booster, leave it for 20 mins to an hour, then watch the smoke show!
and change the oil too.

also get the O gasket for the throttle body while you have it off.

 

Just go down and pick up a can and read the Destructions.....you cant go wrong

 

When doing the crank case, I've heard different recommendations concerning how long to leave the seafoam with the oil. Some say let it idle for 5-10 minutes while others say take it out and drive 100 miles. Can I damage the the crankcase or oil seals by leaving it in that long?
