Why did Toyota tell you to go f yourself... you expecting them to pay for it when Best Buy did the damage??

I couldn't pack the truck myself, I have a torn Achilles and am 6 weeks out of surgery. The kid from Best Buy was super careful, it really is a case of shoddy plastic. The 2003 4 Runner I traded for this truck would have never ever scratched so easily. My back seat and bed were packed I had no choice. I will post a picture of them. It makes me sick its just plain cheap. and yes I expected Toyota and the dealer to be somewhat sympathetic. The truck has 900 miles on it and I have dumped another 2000 in the past month on after market TRD stuff all from the dealer. and while Im on my rant I had to take off the BF Rugged Fails the truck came with because they are deadly in the snow and are a joke on a so called "off road" vehicle and I have already had to replace my wipers because one came right off the second day I had my truck in a minor rain storm.
All show limited go, pretty unimpressed so far.

If you force, abuse, or use something outside what it was designed for and it get damaged. The blame falls on you and not the manufacturer. Besides its a truck, if you are looking for pretty, buy a miata. :p
