I picked up my bilstein's today but they dont look like them. They should be silver right? Or are some just sold in yellow?

You got the wrong ones ordered, or they sent you the wrong ones...those are the stock shocks. The 5100's will be silver, and said made by Racing Dynamics on them.

That sucks, too good to be true I guess...good luck. Did you pay 5100 prices? Those stockers are probably considerably cheaper aren't they?

    Bilstein 4600 shocks.
Where did you buy them that they don't know the difference between a stock Bilstein and a 5100 and charged you for them?

I wouldn't buy anything else from them...

Do they have four different slots under the silver ring or just one? If it has four then that is the same as 5100's. Stockers just have one groove

there is a 5100 series shock for stock applications, then the 5100 series shocks for lifted applications

the stock application ones are still yellow...

double check the part numbers on the shock bodies...

but def contact the vendor and get them to pay for shipping so you dont have to drive back...

I received my 5100s earlier this week. Right now they are sitting in my foyer. They are clearly silver.

Interesting. The blue and yellow looks stock but the silver collar/coil seat looks adjustable (5100). My stock TRD Off Road shocks had a thin, yellow collar. I think?
