What oil is recommended?

    All,

    Recently bought a used 2008 4 cylinder Tacoma that didn't have an owner's manual. The guy I bought it from has been using "synthetic blend" oil. What does Toyota recommend for oil?

    getting there....
    you can use either dino oil or synthetic, and i think 5w20 is recommended for the 4cyl's.

    I use synthentic blend 5-20W in my 4cyl.
    Either Castrol or Valvoline, depending on what Autozone is running a special on. Mobil Syn blend seems hard to find
