06 Pre-runner ext Cab TRD

I have an '06' Tacoma with the Off Road Package. After a heavy rain here in north central Florida I was driving down our dirt road and when I got home noticed the front mud flaps were almost ripped completely off. They were only attached by a small strip near the outside top. I hadn't noticed before but the flap is very thin between its attachment point and the bottom portion of the flap.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and does anyone have a good after market source for new mud flaps?
