Ok Ive seen some guys with these blacked out HID headlights. They look sweet. Any info on where to purchase them and are they just the lights or the whole lens kit. Thanks for any info anyone may have.

I think you are referring to BHLM (Black Head Light Mod). Has nothing to do with HIDs. Do a quick search, there's plenty of DIY.
