Tax Return Shopping Poll

Getting about $1000... pretty good for my first three months working (after college).

Going towards either a snugtop or ARE camper...

 

I got $1500 and change. Im thinking about gettin 5100s for the front and rear and wheels but will probably pay some bills.

 

I was deployed for 8 monthes out of the year last year so my taxable income was like 7100 bucks and since I have a wife and kid it makes me look liek I am poor.... give me that money!!!!!

 

Getting a lift just not sure what one yet!!

 

no clue what I'm getting. wont know the numbers for another month.

 

They owe me a few bucks. By "a few", I mean $3.... came out perfect. Rewarded myself with a full lift, tires, grille, weathertecs ....

 

put it all in my savings account as my taco screamed no but i had to be stern so i did it

 

I'm looking at getting close to $10K back. If so, I'm going to save half and invest the rest.

 

yeah well i like getting the 7700 i got and i know i would have spent it on cheeseburgers and beer had i not given it to uncle sam to hold for me. a year of interest wouldnt have been that much and if i left it up to myself to save it, it would probably turn in to beer and cheesburgers

anyways.. i got the Warn 9.5ti winch and the allpro steel plate winch mount front bumper and soon i will get the sliders Beefedtaco is gonna make me. I also paid the rest of my toy off for 2600.

between me and my wife we are getting 7000, so new tires radio and a few other small things here i come.

 

Oh, I got ya. Makes sense. The $8,000 Bama' bucks tax credit. I wish they had that program when I bought my first home in 06'.

 

all going to savings...and i'll say it, the 8K home buyer credit is a bunch of bull shit. just like the 4500 buy a car bull shit.

 

$1200, bought wheels for $400, speakers for $50, baffles for $99 and a bed tent for $60, saved the rest.

 

my check was burned today, it was waiting to be sent from the IRS building in Austin

So was mine and the Governor of NY just put out that he will be delaying any NY State tax returns until after May.

 

really, damn, my girl will be sad to hear that. but she is still getting her nj and federal return
