Thinking of trading for automatic long bed

Hello eveyone, Im trying to decide whether or not to trade in my 09 DC SB 6 speed for an 09 DC LB auto. I really need the longer bed and also would kinda rather have the auto, I dont do much off roading, just mildly but mostly my everyday driver. Well im deploying to Afghanistan in April, so do u guys think i should wait till i get back before looking at trading. Just looking for second opinions, Thanks Guys.

 

IMO I'd probably keep the Taco till you returned from overseas. Waiting for the dust to settle with Toyota might benefit you. However, if you can sell the Taco for a price your comfortable with go for it. The savings on any payments, as well as insurance should also be a consideration in this decision.
I just bought my 2010 Taco long bed. While I do miss my old F150 supercrew the bed at 5 foot definitely caused pain on occasion. The longer 6 foot bed of my new truck is nice.

Your choice, but if I were you, I'd wait. You've suffered depreciation and any dealer will soak you for a longer bed and an auto tranny.
