Hi all! Can anyone please explain what "Harsh Ride" defines when explaining to the Toyota dealer my ride is harsh. I am looking for a better breakdown so I can explain this to them. Thanks in advance.

I guess you're talking about the Harsh Ride TSB. If the rear of your truck bottoms out with some weight in the bed ,or in my case, in the rear seat, it is considered a harsh ride. The TSB says you have to complain about Harsh Ride.
    I hope that helps.

Yes, that helps. My only question also is if they ask, "what do you mean harsh?"

It feels like the suspension is travelling and then all of a sudden, it stops travelling.
