I'm at almost 10,000 mile on my Tacoma and am going to switch over to Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic with Bosch Premium oil filter. Just wondering what type of mileage intervals are recommended with the fully synthetic oils as opposed to the crap they put in at the dealership.

You need to send in an oil sample to determin extended drain intervals. Otherwise, stick with a 5000 mile change.
