Shock Question: Will bilstein rear shocks from 1st Gen fit 2nd Gen?

im looking at a used pair of bilstein5125 shocks that were off a 1st gen tacoma 4wd at stock height. other then say the bushings and mounts or whatnot, would these be compatible on my stock height 2nd gen?

5125 is a custom length 5100. It may help to know what the SKU number is.
