Aren't these things a liability issue? I remember when they used to make snow plow frames that stayed on the truck year round. People were walking into those arms that stuck out and the owners were getting sued. They eventually made the entire frame dismountable with the plow.

Maybe that hoop thingy should be made to hinge down when not in use. If it's there for looks, I gotta wonder who is impressed with that look?

i like it, ya the stinger is big but o well.

And yes i got the idea for this bumper from the cbi bumper. It is a little different, as he customized it how i wanted it. And it is not done yet. It is getting skid plates all the way down, a bigger one where the current front plate is, shackles, winch mount, and light tabs.

and front and back are both getting painted black, that will make it look better on my truck anyways.

Thanks for the comments, i didnt expect everyone to like the style.

The stinger is a bit big. I didnt expect everyone to like it but i do!! And i also think the lights up front make it look better.

Well the big hellas fill the space pretty good.

You could fit a third hella in there at the top for the first ever triangle arrangement. Jk :)

Weren't you going to modify the skid plate?

yep, bigger skidplate next. Also putting some shackles on it.

Those Hella's were only $79 at checker auto parts for the set of 2.

Good price on the Hellas. Aren't they usually a hundred bucks or more?

well the front mounts are just 1/4" steel i believe. bent to the hieghth i wanted, and welded on. sorry dont have the metal specs, Same stuff as the front skid plate tho, pretty tough light mounts.

o ya also, the front hella's are wired directly to the stock foglight wiring, so i can flick them on whenever i want with the stock switch.
