Help Me Find Clip-On Blind Spot Mirror

I was cruising this forum a few days ago and found a picture of a blind spot mirror. It looked like it clipped onto the bottom edge of the factory side mirror. It was about 1" tall, 3" wide, and curved on the bottom end.

Can anyone help me find this? I've searched again and again...I can't find it on the forum anymore.
