    Some of you need to show some tact. The member was happy he got some new stuff in for his truck, he didn't ask to be in a roast. I'm sure that each of you complaining about him giving Toyota of Dallas the business shop somewhere (Walmart etc.) that someone else has had a bad experience from.
    2003RC51 is not the first person, I'm sure, to get bad service from that dealer nor will he be the last. To 2003RC51; sorry you had a bad experience with them and hope that they can work something out for you.

    A company's reputation is built on customer service.
    Putting parts in a box and shipping them to you is easy.
    Keeping a customer happy after wrecking their vehicle is difficult.
    Apparently TOD doesn't go far enough in those difficult situations.
    Guess that's why they have a bad rep.
    If you patronize one side of the business and not the other, you don't get a real sense of what the company as a whole is like.
    I wouldn't glorify a company from one order experience.
