Mods so far: Tube steps from toyota, Bed extender from toyota, Spare Tire lock, Sound System Makeover, Tacoma All-Weather heavy duty rubber floor mats. Rear TSB, Icon Coilovers w/ TC UCA's and 3inch rear block with rear 5100 bilstein shocks, Black Headlights, Grillcraft black grill, Devil Horns from Andres, Black Headlights, Chrome Liquid Metal Gatlins Wheels, 285/70R17 Nitto Tera Grapplers, Wet Okole Seat Covers! Seat Belt Chime Mod, Flowmaster 50 series dual exhaust, Debadged tailgate, TRD Decals, HID hi/low + fogs.

What is the black plastic that goes around the inside the front wheel wells called? And why is the drivers side solid while the passengers side is slotted?

just seems weird to me

yea the black plastic liner that everyone trims to run larger tires?

I think it's slotted on the passenger side because that is where the air flows through to get to the air filter....Might be wrong but who knows

I'm pretty sure the part is called a splash guard. Don't know the actual reason for the slots, but I'd assume it's for ventilation.

ahh I figured it out its called a stupid fender liner. Makes sense. Damn things cost 70 bucks! I trimmed my back a lil more than i probably should have however its no big deal. Atleast 70 bucks worth
