I have ready lift kit on the truck
I made appointment for Tuesday 3-16 @ 3pm with Toyota. Should I take off the kit or take to Toyota as is.
but I have 275/75R16 tries, will they fit with the stock height of the truck.

I am willing to bet Toyota will give you a hard time with that lift kit installed.

Then again, maybe your dealer is cool about stuff like that. It's hit or miss, really.

What part broke? Did a leaf break in half or something? Does the readylift use blocks in the rear?

You might be alright at the dealer but it's hard to say depending on your dealer.

X2. I was under the impression after doing a lift, your not eligible for any service under warranty. Not certain though. I would still try for it though.

in order to deny it, they have to specificly prove that the lift was the cause

If both sides are broken I'd tend to think you either went off a jump with a lot of weight in the bed or the blocks the lift is using are putting some weird stress on the leaf pack. Pics?

They do have to prove that the lift caused the problem, but be ready to chase it up the mgmt chain if they deny it. I still can't see how they both broke.

Magnusson moss says they have to prove its the lift that caused the issue. At their expense. However it can be 1 helluva battle to make them do this. Sometimes easier to just go to different dealers. Maybe call and ask but don't give them your specific info such as your name or when you will be going in. Just ask how they would handle it?

If you can I'd probably take the lift off. They're not supposed to deny it unless it's proven it caused it, as stated before. However, it can be a real pita to get them to not blame it.

The tires should fit fine on stock height... but I wouldn't take full turns and jumps just in case...
