It should be the simplest thing in the world, but I can't for the life of me get the wire out of the clip to disable that darned "A/C linked defrost".

    I installed something wrong here:

And the Tundra Racing rear disc brake kit will wear a hole in your driver's side rear shock.

There was other stuff but those are the big ones.

I installed a tom woods drive shaft that was too long and wore the hell out my transfer case... time to get the shaft cut down, replace some bearings and try it again!

Front (2.75" total): 1.6" Eibach coils, Toytec 0.5" (L) & 0.25" (R) top plate spacers, 5100's @ 0.85", Built Right uniball UCA's, Differential drop, Removed sway bar Rear: TSB springs, Wheeler's 1.5" AAL, 5100's, 2* shims, Carrier bearing drop, F and R Spidertrax, 285/75-16 Goodyear Duratracs, Self-fabbed sliders, rear bumper, and skid plates, Cobra 75 CB, Bed lined slim lo-pro tool box, Bed Extender, Diff breather mod, Two tail gate security mods, Exhaust dumped behind axle, Can't leave shit alone so plenty more coming...
When I installed my 5100's the first time I put the coil seats on upside down. I put it all together, lowered it off the jack, and noticed I had 2 inches of lift more than I was supposed to have. Figured it out after staring at it for an hour and started all the fuck over again. Needless to say, I felt like a total[IMG]

When I was 18, I was attempting to install a shift kit into a C-4 tranny and didn't torque the valve body down correctly. I ended up having a tranny that acted like it had a 4000 RPM stall converter in it behind a 351W that was heavily modified. It was great fun getting it to the transmission shop to have a rebuild. It burned ALL the clutches......I laugh now but cried like a little girl then.

I installed OME 886's with a .5" top plate spacer in anticipation of a bumper and winch, because everyone is saying they only got 2" of lift out of the 886's alone, well it put me at over 4" of lift, closer to 5" and I ended up doing this
