Mine don't rub at all on the stock rims. I would also agree that it must be the new wheels. Which wheels did you pick?

Running board, K&N air filter, Nitto Terra Grapplers G2 on ProComp 7089(285/70/17), 3" front lift and 1.5" AAl rear, all with bilstein 5100's with Eibach spring, 1/2 spacer in driver side and 1/4 spacer on the passenger, Wicked Flow exhaust, Debadge, satoshi raptor grille (HomerTaco)
I have 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers with 5100's and eibach 1.6" which rubs when turning, it was hitting around the mud flaps. Removed the flaps, no more rubbing at all. My wheels have a 0 offset which it sticks out a little compare to the stock wheels.

    I've got the same set-up (5100's @ 1.75 & 265/75/16 BFG A/T's) and I don't have any rubbing.

Do you think they would rub with the stock front shock setup?Discount said with the billys set at 1.75 I won't rub whichs makes no sense to me since the fender and mudflap will still be there.

You might get a little rubbing on the front mudflaps while making sharp turns but it should still clear the fender fine with the stock shocks.
