    anybody know what bank/financial institution toyota uses to issue their frame perforation checks? i would think the financial services dept has their own "bank" but im not sure. my buddy is getting a buy-back check and is trying to cash it right away so we can go get him another vehicle. obviously, the amount of the check exceeds current bankroll:rolleyes:
