Aluminum Rail Mount

I'm currently working on an Aluminum Rail Mount system using the bed rails. My goal is to create a mount system that can easily be customized, light-weight, and will look good. I also plan on offering custom aluminum mounting systems in the near future.
I am looking for some input and any suggestions.
If there is some interest I will set up a group buy.

what are you using as far as bolts go.
I am going to make a fishing rode holer that attaches to the rail.

 

I will be using all stainless steel hardware. The holes i currently have shown are for a 1/4-20 Screw but will probably make them a 5/16-18 thru hole on the final version.

 

Unistrut works well, but is steel.

8020.net is aluminum and I have used it in the past for similar applications.

 

Aluminum is easier to modify later on if you need to. I have work will 80/20 as well. I'm involved with 80/20 everyday at my current job.

 

Will be posting the mount sometime next week for the group buy. Will be between $80-$90 bucks depending on how many people are interested. It will be shipped fully assembled with all the required hardware. I will post it in the group buy when its ready to go.
